Kevin and Erin's Testimonial

Where do we begin? Let us start with a blurb about how it all began. We had to put our precious pug down 3 years ago, and it was one of the hardest things we’ve gone through. About a year and a half later, we searched high and low for a rescue pug. We could not find a pug that wasn’t elderly (our hearts couldn’t go through putting a dog down any time soon), so what would any normal couple do that’s also expecting a child?  We went for it and purchased two pug puppies (Reggie and Ruthie) from the same litter. They came into our lives with a lot of love, energy, and yes, challenges too!

Our son was born when they were 5 months old. This was an adjustment for all of us! Admittedly, there were moments when we looked at each other and said, “What in the world were we thinking?”

That being said, we faced the usual difficulties of having puppies (barking, roughhousing, potty training, polite leash walking, etc) all the while figuring out this parenting thing. Elizabeth came to our rescue! She is a knowledgeable and caring dog behaviorist who genuinely cares about the whole picture of each client. Elizabeth is courteous and dependable and has provided us with insightful evaluation and guidance to reinforce good behavior. Reggie and Ruthie are still puppies, but due to the amount of Elizabeth’s time and energy, they are extremely well behaved. Everyone who meets them is beyond impressed with their mature and respectful behavior.

Elizabeth is and always will be a part of our family, and we will forever be grateful our paths crossed when they did. We give Elizabeth our highest recommendation.
